Re: Omaruru AGM Ride(s) 2012
Toni can do back-up for Sunday's return - contact me with your fuel requirements.
Any back-up vehicle for Saturday's green route?
Harald, official departure time and place Whk-Oma?

Well I think for all of us to be there in time for the registration starting at 10 am the following times should apply.
WHK-OMA Blue Route (Tar all the way) will have to leave at 7 am. This will give an estimated arrival time of 9:30 am.
WHK-OMA Blue/Green Route (Tar from WHK to Wilhelmastal & Gravel from there to OMA) will also leave at 7 am. Estimated arrival time of 9:30 am.
WHK-OMA Green Route (Gravel all the way) will have to leave at 6 am SHARP, estimated arrival time of 9:30 in OMA.
As usual I would propose that we all meet at the Engen service station in Olympia.
Also this way we can all gather in Wilhelmstal, and form two distinct groups to travel the last part together either by tar or by gravel.
From Wilhelmstal the tar route and the gravel route both will take about an hour.

Re: Omaruru AGM Ride(s) 2012
Sorry guys, I will not take the green route to Omaruru, although I voted for this, but I am not comfortable with pushing it on that route. Richard Wahl, Henning and myself will be joining Harald and Stephen 7h30 at Danric doing the Blue to Wilhelmstal and the Green to Omaruru.
The 3 of us will do the green route back, anybody want to join the green route on the way home? We till take it easy to enjoy the scenery!

Re: Omaruru AGM Ride(s) 2012
Hi everyone. For all those participating at the AGM and joining the dinner ( ovenight stay )@ Kashana on Staurday evenming, there will be some nice surprises in form of a 'lucky draw'. Thanks to Wulf of VK Adventure, Richard & heiko of Danric Motorrad, Henning of Agra, Almut of Ritter's Autohof and the Club itself, I hope to have enought prizes so that no one has to go home again "empty handed"..... Never mind which route you are taking, wishing everyone a safe and enjoyable trip and see you in Omaruru ( AGM starts off @ 11:00h, please allow some time for the necessary registration and orientation ! ). lekker ry HP

HEHEHEHE Martin sounds like you think that we are going to go gun-ho on the green route
We are going to have a nice comfortable tempo, definitely not going to go see if we can break the sound barrier.
Anyway, have a awesome trip, we will then probably meet up in Wilhelmstal and join you guys for the rest of the stretch on the green route
RIDE SAFE Everyone
Please note that we have put in the departure times for the Blue & Blue/Green routes of 7 AM departing from Engen Service Station Olympia.Essie wrote:7h30 at Danric doing the Blue to Wilhelmstal and the Green to Omaruru
If you guys plan to depart a different time and place, please make sure everyone doing the trip with you know about it
