Coastal Trip

It is the intention, that a coastal bike trip is undertaken on the weekend 24th-26th February. Interested riders can please diarize this date. The trip to and from the coast will target mainly street bikes and/or riders wishing to take their pillions along.
Provision will be made for either one-way trip to or from the coast and/or a coastal programm for GS riders as well. Our objective will be to support messrs. Deutsches Haus (for those not having any private arrangements in Swakop), since the owner Andreas Munkelwitz is a keen supporter of our Club and is very eager to welcome Club members at the coast. He has offered members a very lucrative deal, subject to timely booking/confirmation.

Our coastal member, Antony, advises as follows:

The plan at present is a braai in the sand dunes on the Friday Evening and then a dolphin cruise on the Sunday morning before the Windhoek guys and gals take the road back to Windhoek. The Saturday is thus open.

Would appreciate your return reply with your confirmation and if accommodation is required. Deadline/cut-off will be Monday, the 20th Feb. Without worthwhile response/interest, this event will be postponed to another date, yet to be identified and announced later.
